This contract is an agreement between the person named below and E T Enterprises of Sacramento County. In exchange for the compensation enclosed with this contract, E T Enterprises agrees to provide the business named with a single web document for the period of time specified below, created by E T Enterprises, using up to one hour of HTML programming time. This web page shall be created at no additional cost to the business, with an initial pre-paid 6 month contract, and the business shall be entitled to 15 minutes of HTML programming time each calendar month to update their page. This 15 minutes of time does not accumulate from month to month. The business named below is entitled to a pro-rated refund of the enclosed compensation if he/she decides to cancel this contract during the contract period. Under no circumstances shall E T Enterprises be held liable for any amount greater than the enclosed compensation.
