The IRS Abuse

By signing the Taxpayers Bill of Rights,
Clinton has put a band-aid on the gaping 
wound we call the IRS.  The only guaranty
this gives us is that we will continue to 
be extorted by our government.  What we 
really need to do is follow the suggestion
of Harry Browne in his book "Why Government
Doesn't Work" and throw out the entire
tax code and the IRS. Take back the power
of social engineering that the tax code
gives to the congress.  Would we be willing
to give up our favorite government program
if it meant never having to pay income 
taxes again?  I know I would.
